Plus, Mrs Anise’s service was top-notch, making my stay feel truly special. I can’t wait to dig into more local eats nearby, with gems like the Gourmet Corner just a stone's throw away!

Just a heads up, my overhead shower head was a bit leaky. I'm sure it could be fixed easily since the staff were super apologetic — they clearly care about guest comfort! No biggie, really. the flexible shower hose saved my day!

I had a super cozy stay with an amazing rooftop bar to unwind and an unexpectedly fantastic complimentary afternoon tea that made my evenings lovely! Although I had a cockroach in my room, the experience was overall enjoyable.

Rooms are kept clean, and the breakfast selection is impressive, featuring delicious Jimmy Dean takeaway sandwiches. However, street congestion on weekends can be overwhelming, and the double-checking of hotel addresses is essential due to similar hotel names nearby.

The hotel is in the heart of everything , making it easy to explore and enjoy the local culture. I loved how Ms. Emma went out of her way to help us with restaurant recommendations and made sure our breakfast was exactly how we liked it, especially when it came to the pho.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view from the rooftop bar was fantastic, perfect after a day out exploring. We visited the Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre, which was a highlight, especially with the kids around. Our breakfast every morning was delightful.

My children wished for better cleaning in the bathroom.
